Meet Andrea Shaw
Empowerment coach, keynote speaker, and guide for women ready to transform their stories into sources of strength.
A Journey Through Three Careers
Andrea Shaw’s path to empowerment coaching wasn’t linear—it was transformative. Beginning as a Registered Nurse, she learned the value of compassion and the profound impact of showing up fully for others in their most vulnerable moments.
Her transition to teaching revealed her passion for guiding others toward their potential. She discovered that real learning happens when people feel safe enough to be seen, heard, and understood.
As an Entrepreneur, Andrea built businesses from the ground up, experiencing firsthand the challenges of self-doubt, resilience, and the courage it takes to trust yourself when the path forward isn’t clear.
Each chapter of her life prepared her for this moment: creating The Circle of Trust—a space where women can find clarity, build confidence, and rewrite their narratives with authenticity and power.
Global Voice & Impact
TEDx Cairo
Andrea’s message reached a global audience through her TEDx Cairo talk, “Enough Is Enough,“ delivered under the theme Unmuted.
The talk resonated deeply with women worldwide, sparking conversations about self-worth, boundaries, and courage. In Egypt, young women formed weekly gatherings inspired by the message—transforming a single talk into a living movement.
Andrea’s speaking blends storytelling with leadership insight, making her a sought-after voice for conferences, organizations, and women-led initiatives internationally.

The Meaning Behind the Circle
The Circle of Trust was inspired by a piece of art that captured something I have witnessed throughout my life and work.
At first glance, the artwork appears simple—a gathering of small, individual figures forming a circle. But when you look more closely, each figure reveals its own colour, energy, and presence. Some stand closer together, others at the edge. No two are the same.
And yet, together, they form something whole.
To me, this circle represents what becomes possible when people are seen, valued, and allowed to belong without needing to change who they are.
Trust is not built through sameness.
It grows when individuality is honoured within connection.
This image became the foundation for The Circle of Trust—a space where people can stand fully as themselves, supported by clarity, compassion, and intention. A place where growth is guided, not forced.
The circle is not closed.
It is held.
Andrea’s work is not about becoming someone new.
It is about reclaiming who you already are—clearly, confidently, and without apology.
